Deolinda were shot to fame when in 2008 they edited the “Canção do Lado” album, which has maintained itself on the national top sales list. they have been internationally recognised for their unique style of music, with the Sunday Times classifying this album the third best album of world music. They are now tasting the nomination for Best Portuguese Act of the MTV European Awards.
