Daniela Ribeiro: Bionic Eye - A test on Communication

This exhibition is the result of the challenge launched at Daniela Ribeiro by the Portuguese Communications Foundation. Ribeiro had to show her perspective on the evolutionary tendencies of the future of communication. This project consists of 14 pieces, integrating electronic components of around 2000 mobile phones and an advanced internet connection between people through bionic eyes. According to the artist, the way in which we will communicate in the future, should be the fruition of reflections in the present, before this evolutionary vision becomes a reality.
