IndieLisboa is held in what is considered to be Lisbon’s most emblematic cinema, the Cinema São Jorge. This film Festival happens once a year, presenting films and short-movies by Portuguese authors, with the intent of promoting, both nationally and internationally, the work of national directors. During 11 days, IndieLisboa not only shows different movies, but also organises events, talks, speeches, and debates in order to encourage people into the world of cinema.
